Construction Project Manager - Seberang Perai

Candidate must possess at least Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Construction or equivalent

• Minimum 6 years of working experience relevant to construction especially in high rise building and factory would be added advantage
• Extensive knowledge and competent in Malaysian Construction Management activities
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in feasibility studies, project planning, tendering process, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liason
• Familiar and well verse with architectural, civil/structural, mechanical & electrical drawings, specifications, building by-laws and requirements
• Computer literate and excel in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and local dialects would be added advantage
• Lead & manage the project team to complete assigned project(s) in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with the safety and high standard quality
• To coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and attend site meeting
• Preparing & submitting tender document and proposal
• Prepare reports & documentation on project progress
• Prepare BQ/quotation
• Prepare project costing and budget control
• Analyze and resolve issues related to project such as cost implications, emergencies or delay of work
• Ensure defects and complaints during hand over and defect liability period are properly handled and controlled
