• Proven experience (3+ years) in running paid ad campaigns targeting Western markets on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Strong strategic thinking and performance-oriented execution.
• Experience in lead generation funnels and CRM integration is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of CPL/ROI optimization and account structure best practices.
• Prior experience managing a team of media buyers or digital marketing specialists.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, resilient under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Lead and manage advertising campaigns targeting Western markets via Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Develop and execute advertising strategies to acquire qualified leads and improve lead-to-sale conversion.
• Oversee ad account structure and warming strategies; monitor CPL and ensure performance KPIs are met.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of media buyers; standardize SOPs and share optimization techniques.
• Analyze campaign data to refine strategies and enhance ROI; collaborate with the sales team for full-funnel improvements.
