Knight Frank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our Land & Industrial Solutions department. You’ll assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with reports, proposals, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups on departmental matters
  • Maintain and update databases, property listings, and records
  • Liaise with internal departments for submissions, procurement, and operational needs
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails professionally
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
