Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage

• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• 2+ years in customer service or event coordination, excellent English communication, proficiency with online tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), payment systems, and digital documentation.
• Familier with Excel Functions like formula, Vlookup / Xlookup
• Preferred: Mandarin proficiency, education/training industry experience, familiarity with AI concepts, event management, or CRM systems.
• Technical Skills: G Suite, Microsoft Office, payment processing, and quick adaptability to new tools.
• Soft Skills: Customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide outstanding service, build client relationships, handle inquiries, and streamline onboarding.
• Event Support: Manage technical and administrative aspects of online workshops, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate pre- and post-event tasks.
• Administrative Support: Process payments, maintain documentation, track feedback, and assist with marketing efforts.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, ensure adherence to standards, optimize processes, and contribute to training materials.
• Basic Salary up to RM 5500
