Supporting Demand and Supply Planning:

• Assist in analyzing sales and demand forecasts to determine product needs.
• Help generate and manage purchase orders (POs) based on business requirements.
• Track order status and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival.
• Learn about pricing structures and assist in cost-saving initiatives.

Assisting with Supplier and Product Management:

• Maintain accurate product data (unit cost, MOQ, lead time, etc.) .
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve product quality and delivery issues.
• Help find and communicate with suppliers to source new products.
• Support the team with understanding on market trends and product details.

Helping with Logistics and Fulfillment:

• Monitor delivery partners and warehouses performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in building relationships with delivery partners and resolving any operational issues.
• Assist in negotiating logistics rates and find ways to save on delivery costs.

Data Entry and Analysis Support:

• Ensure data is accurate and organized, keeping IT up to date in the company’s systems.
• Help maintain different types of data, such as sales records and product details.
• Assist in analyzing data to provide simple reports and insights for the team.
