Full-stack Developer

As a Full-stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving the core systems behind our website and mobile apps. You’ll help design, implement, and improve features that directly impact thousands of jobseekers and employers. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features for web and mobile platforms
• Build responsive UIs using React.js and integrate APIs
• Enhance backend systems using Ruby on Rails, Python, or Node.js
• Collaborate on system design and architecture for scalability
• Optimize performance across frontend and backend components
• Deploy and manage services using cloud tools like AWS, GCP, or Vercel

1. 1–3 years of professional full-stack development experience
2. Proficient in React.js, Node.js, and RESTful APIs
3. Solid backend skills in Ruby on Rails, Python, or equivalent
4. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
6. Knowledge of CI/CD, design patterns, and secure coding practices
