Full-stack Developer

As a Full-stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving the core systems behind our website and mobile apps. You’ll help design, implement, and improve features that directly impact thousands of jobseekers and employers. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features for web and mobile platforms
• Build responsive UIs using React.js and integrate GraphQL APIs
• Enhance backend systems using NestJS and Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate on system design and architecture for scalability
• Optimize performance across frontend and backend components
• Deploy and manage applications using cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Vercel

1. 1–3 years of professional full-stack development experience
2. Proficient in Javascript, especially React.js and Next.js
3. Skilled in NestJS/Node.js and REST or GraphQL APIs
4. Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Python
5. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and SQL
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
7. Knowledge of CI/CD, design patterns, and secure coding practices
