Min. education requirement: Diploma in related field or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin & English.
  • Familiar with SQL / Accounting Software is an added advantage.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • 5 working days a week
  • To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, supplier payment, daily collection reconciliation.
  • To submit management report as per dateline.
  • To update monthly ageing report.
  • Preparation of forecasts and budget when needed
  • Liaise with tax agent, corporate secretary, banks, and government agencies if required
  • Preparation of year end schedules and liaise with auditors when needed
  • Basic tax knowledge to assist companies with tax planning
  • To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
  • Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
