Provide exceptional customer service to business banking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, transactions, loans, and other banking products and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from business clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and closure procedures, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Process various banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant banking solutions and services to enhance their banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as credit, operations, and compliance, to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on bank products, services, policies, and procedures to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Adhere to all security and confidentiality policies to protect customer information and prevent fraud.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge in business banking and customer service.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding business banking products and services, including accounts, loans, and digital banking platforms.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist business clients with account opening, maintenance, and transaction inquiries, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools to enhance their banking experience and reduce call volume.
- Process customer requests such as fund transfers, bill payments, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant business banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including relationship managers and operations, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, particularly those related to data privacy and security in financial transactions.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and service efficiency.
