A well-established Malaysian software company with 20+ years of experience in fintech and enterprise solutions is growing its engineering team. Known for delivering secure, scalable platforms in digital payments and fuel retail, they are now hiring a senior .NET Core developer to drive impactful projects across product development and client delivery.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
• Build and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously enhance application performance and reliability
• Mentor junior developers and support technical upskilling within the team
• Stay current with emerging tech trends and actively contribute to product innovation

• 4 to 8 years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#
• Deep understanding of ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and system architecture
• Familiarity with frontend integration using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with Angular or React is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while contributing to team success

• Background in digital payment systems or high-volume transactional applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
