Quantity Surveyor

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution with 0 - 3 years experience. Those with more than 3years experience will be remunerated according to experience and capability
- Experience with consulting firm is an advantage
- Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skill
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge in computer-aided measurement software
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring accurate financial planning.
- Measurement and Valuation: Measure and value construction work, including the preparation of interim and final accounts to maintain financial clarity
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and variations, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
- Progress Monitoring: Prepare and analyze progress reports, identifying potential issues and proposing innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards to maintain quality and safety.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects and foster a positive team environment.
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to the team on contractual and commercial matters, contributing to the overall success ofprojects.
