About The Job

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and passionate individual to join Zcova as a Marketing & Content Executive. This role combines marketing strategy and planning with hands-on content creation and digital execution, ensuring that Zcova continues to build its reputation as Malaysia’s most inspiring fine jewellery brand.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and content strategies that strengthen Zcova’s positioning in the luxury jewellery space. At the same time, you will bring these strategies to life by creating content, engaging with audiences, and confidently representing the brand on camera and through live sessions.

This position is ideal for someone who can think strategically while also being a hands-on marketer and creator.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Work with the leadership team to plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns that support sales and brand growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and client behaviours.
  • Develop brand positioning and campaign strategies to increase awareness, desirability, and client loyalty.
  • Support annual and quarterly marketing planning, including budgets, timelines, and performance targets.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
  • Develop compelling content strategies that align with Zcova’s marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Create engaging video, photo, and written content across social and digital platforms.
  • Be the face of the brand in live sessions, product showcases, and client engagement content.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and storytelling across social media channels.
  • Monitor digital trends and adapt them creatively for Zcova’s luxury positioning.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Partner with sales and retail teams to ensure campaigns and content drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Work closely with designers, photographers, and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align with the overall brand direction while tailoring strategies to the Malaysian market.
  • Continuously gather and analyse client feedback and insights to refine strategies and content.
  • Strong foundation in marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing (experience in luxury, fashion, or jewellery is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with hands-on skills in content creation, including social media and short-form video.
  • Confident personality, comfortable on camera and hosting live sessions.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights into campaigns.
  • Agile, innovative, and passionate about connecting with clients in meaningful ways.
