Sales and Service Coordinator

Job Summary

The incumbent will perform a hybrid role that supports both sales and service operations. Secondary functional role is also to support general office management and coordination with vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer service – follow up on sales lead (sales and service), ensuring quotation is submitted within stipulated time frame, execute customer follow up and feedback program.
• Sales coordination – Liaise between the sales team and service team, coordinate shipment arriving and customer installation schedule and manage customer expectation and feedback before, upon and after deliveries.
• Reporting and documentation – manage sales forecast sheet, customer data management. Maintain records of sales agreements, contracts, and specified customer communications. Maintain both digital and paper filing.
• Office management – manage office general supplies, handle incoming calls and responsible for office general correspondences.
• Support to management – meeting arrangement and scheduling with external parties.
• Mass communication – Coordinate trade shows and talks events, media posting.
• Procurement and vendor coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized vocational training
• General administrative related experiences.
• Front line customer service related or people facing related experiences.
• Experience with project coordination.
