ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re on the hunt for a creative team with a performance mindset—someone who’s part designer, part video storyteller, and fully obsessed with crafting visuals that don’t just look good, but convert. This is not your typical design role. You’ll shape high-impact creatives across image, video, and motion—built for paid social, landing pages, and beyond that align with our clients’ branding and campaign goals.
You'll work alongside with internal team to create scroll-stopping content. You'll also experiment with AI tools to 10x creative productivity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Design high-converting ad creatives (images, carousels, banners, video thumbnails, etc) across platform.
- Design landing pages with a conversion-first mindset (structure, visual hierarchy, CTA flow)
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve creative output using performance metrics
- Integrate new creative trends, design styles, or AI tools into campaign that stand out and scale performance
- Edit short-form videos for paid ads (Reels, Shorts, XHS) with strong hooks and emotional rhythm
- Enhance video performance with motion graphics, text overlays, effects, and sound design tailored for attention and retention
- Brainstorm creative directions with the team—not just follow briefs
- Optimise creatives based on performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
- Stay ahead of trends across performance creatives and paid social
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing visual boundaries
- Juggle multiple creative projects with speed, focus, and precision—without compromising quality or deadlines
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks
- 1–3 years in design/video editing, preferably in an agency or performance marketing environment
- Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) — the role requires in both languages.
- Strong understanding of conversion design principles
- Strong portfolio showing image + video creatives used in real ad campaigns
- Advanced in Photoshop + Premiere Pro / CapCut. Bonus: After Effects or Canva
- Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and ad psychology
- Familiar with different ad formats, sizes, and placements for Meta, TikTok, YouTube
- Understands how to design for attention, clarity, and conversion
- Creative, analytical, and open to feedback
- Organized, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment

- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Experienced in creating digital ads, landing pages, and video concepts
- Knowledge of ad platform policies and creative limits (text, dimensions, safe zones)
- Experience using AI tools in production (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
