- Advantage to have a customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, or related field experience
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin or Indonesian speaking is an added advantage
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Welcome and assist guests at the lounge area professionally
- Handle guest enquiries and provide information on lounge and hospital services
- Coordinate with concierge and transport teams to ensure smooth guest experience
- Maintain lounge cleanliness, comfort, and service quality
- Handle calls and messaging enquiries professionally
- Basic Salary: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00
- KPI Incentive: up to RM500.00/month
- Attendance Allowance: RM100.00/month
- Working Hours: 7AM – 10PM (Shift schedule)
- Working Days: Monday – Sunday, including Public Holidays
- 5 working days
