Johor Bahru - Accounting Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and reconciliation
• Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST and related bills
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent
• Banking matters - cheque deposits, cash
• Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time
• Prepare Logistics related job functions such as process import/export shipping documentation, transportation, storage, distribution and handling
• Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines •
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Possess strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is required
• Self-independent with good analytical skills.
