- Able to work in retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable spectacles, lenses, and eyewear products based on their needs and lifestyle.
- Provide basic guidance on lens types, coatings, and product recommendations.
- Perform frame fitting, adjustments, and minor repairs for spectacles.
- Support customers with basic after-sales service and product inquiries.
- Ensure accurate order processing for spectacles and contact lenses.
- Assist in maintaining product displays, cleanliness, and store presentation standards.
- Coordinate with optometrists and retail team to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Maintain proper customer records and order documentation.
- Support sales targets and contribute to overall retail store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail operational standards.
