about the job- Deliver A-Level instruction in a specialist subject to learners , focusing on developing thinking skills and aiming for A/A* grades.
- Act as a tutor on a weekly basis , providing pastoral care and guiding learners for university applications such as UCAS or Common Apps.
- Contribute to curriculum development by assisting the Head of Department with syllabi and schemes of work , while implementing college policies and setting an example of good teaching and conduct.
- A Bachelor's Degree in the subject discipline and at least 5 years of experience teaching A-Level are required. A PGCE is desirable.
- Seeking a self-driven and results-oriented professional with communication skills , a passion for academic excellence , and commitment to the college community.
