Project Manager - Events

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage physical, virtual, and hybrid events from planning to execution
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, and project deliverables
- Work closely with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth event operations and maintain high execution standards
- Handle on-site coordination and problem-solving calmly and professionally
- Keep projects organised, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations
- Minimum 6 years of experience of event project management, with at least 3 years of stable tenure in one company
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects independently with good judgment
- Calm under pressure with solutions-first mindset
- Friendly personality with good spoken communication skills
- Professional communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AI Tools, Design tools is an added advantage
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
