Lifting Supervisor

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of lifting equipment, rigging, and load-handling techniques
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage crane operators and riggers
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities on-site
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans
- Valid lifting supervisor certification or equivalent
- Develop and implement lifting plans to safely and efficiently move materials and equipment on site
- Supervise and coordinate crane operators, riggers, and other personnel involved in lifting operations
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide training and guidance to maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency
- Monitor lifting equipment performance and recommend maintenance or replacement when necessary
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
