Sales Representative/Sales Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be the key representative of SotaTek in the Malaysian market, tasked with the following:
- Find new customers and approach them by sending emails or calling them directly to generate leads.
- Build, manage, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Communicate effectively with customers to transfer requirements to the technical team.
- Communicate with the technical team to create proposals for new projects.
- Monitor in-charge projects to solve issues in a timely manner (if any).
- At least 1 year of experience with Sales IT/Business Development.
- Knowledge in IT fields, economics, and/or equivalent experience.
- Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner with the ability to negotiate with customers.
- Understanding technical documents is a big plus.
- Fluent writing and speaking English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu is a strong advantage.
