Graphic designer - Ampang Jaya

Overview:

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our wedding and event creative team. If you're passionate about design, obsessed with the little details, and excited by the world of weddings, this role is for you.

Your key focus will be crafting visual concepts for wedding and event decoration — from mood boards and color palettes to detailed digital sketches. You’ll work closely with our planners, clients, and production team to turn ideas into reality and ensure each event is picture-perfect.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop fresh, personalized wedding and event decor concepts based on client themes and trends.
• Create mood boards, color schemes, and visual direction that reflect each client's unique style.
• Present design proposals that are creative, feasible, and budget-conscious.
• Research & Development
• Stay updated on global and local wedding design trends.
• Explore new materials, textures, techniques, and styling ideas.
• Work with vendors to source unique and high-quality materials for decor elements.
• Client Collaboration
• Support planners by understanding client visions and translating them into design.
• Incorporate client feedback to fine-tune concepts and ensure satisfaction.
• Offer guidance on aesthetic choices that match the overall event vibe.

• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to produce clean, creative digital sketches.
• Translate concepts into clear visual representations with attention to layout, scale, and color.

• Work hand-in-hand with the production team to ensure flawless execution.
• Provide clear design instructions and ensure all specs are followed accurately.
• Check quality and make on-the-spot tweaks to keep the final output aligned with your original concept.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Interior Design, or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop
• Strong sense of layout, color harmony, and visual presentation
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fresh graduates with solid portfolios are encouraged to apply
