about the job- Seek out and assess potential business leads via outreach, relationship building, and participation in relevant events.
- Communicate with both new and current clients to understand their technical challenges and suggest appropriate solutions related to water and wastewater systems.
- Clearly explain product functionalities and business advantages in a compelling manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to craft customized proposals, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Visit client sites to collect technical details and evaluate existing systems, aiding in the development of suitable solutions.
- Deliver full-cycle technical support during the sales process, including consultations, troubleshooting, and ongoing engagement until project closure.
- Assist on-site when necessary, offering support for equipment issues or addressing technical inquiries.
- Draft and review technical documents, pricing proposals, and contract terms in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activities to uncover new trends or areas for improvement.
- Degree graduate in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- With 2 years of technical experience within the industrial water/wastewater domain.
- Proactive and eager to grow in this industry
- Organized, reliable, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
- Open in travelling within Malaysia
