Indoor Sales Cum Warehouse - Kajang

• Experience in sales and/or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, POS systems).
• Able to handle physical tasks (e.g., lifting, moving stock).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, responsible, and organized.

Indoor Sales Duties:

• Attend to walk-in customers, and phone inquiries (e.g., WhatsApp).
• Promote and upsell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and issue invoices.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor stock availability and assist customers with product selection.

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in proper locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer collection.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Assist in loading/unloading and ensuring the accuracy of delivery items.
