What We’re Looking For:

• Degree holder in Business Admin / HR / Management or related fields
• Prior experience in HR or people/project coordination
• Strong command of English and Mandarin
• Excellent organisation, documentation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive problem solver
• Able to handle pressure, multiple tasks, and shifting priorities
• A good sense of people — knows who to delegate to and how to follow up
• Familiar with creative teams or F&B/branding industry is a bonus

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations: leave tracking, claim forms, sick leave records, and basic HR documentation
• Arrange internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain employee records and onboarding/offboarding process
• Organise to-do lists across departments to ensure project progress
• Act as a communication bridge between the team and management
• Liaise directly with boss/creative director to help assign the right person to the right task
• Source vendors/freelancers/kol when needed (e.g. events, logistics, printing, etc.)
• Help manage internal workflow systems and implement improvements

Bonus: Ability to assist in simple creative project flow (if familiar with creative field)
