Possess a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a solid understanding of core principles and practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing and executing social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Exhibit strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content for diverse audiences.
- Possess a working knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques and tools to drive organic and paid traffic to online platforms.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Be fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrate experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Preferrable to have design/editing in relevant industry/platform, eg: financial / corporate
- Be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur -near to Pavilion.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines, to achieve company objectives.
- Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms, blog posts, website copy, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and appeal to the target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company website.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media to maximize ROI and achieve desired campaign goals.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing regular reports and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and messaging.
