• Work closely with cross-functional project teams and workstreams to ensure essential control requirements are incorporated early into the planning and design stages of new technology initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of technical blueprints, system configurations, and implementations to proactively identify potential technical risks and advise on effective risk reduction strategies.
• Lead structured assessments (e.g., modeling and risk identification exercises) to anticipate potential points of failure or vulnerability, subsequently advising teams on appropriate technical and procedural mitigation steps.
• Ensure that all technology-related projects and changes adhere strictly to established internal governance frameworks, including necessary quality, risk, and compliance review processes.
• Serve as a key technical reviewer on change control boards/committees to confirm that all technical considerations are thoroughly vetted and risks are accounted for before system changes are authorized.

• More than 10 years experience in technical assurance, systems design, and the implementation of robust, controlled IT solutions.
• Solid knowledge of international governance and quality standards (e.g., ISO, NIST-like controls, industry-specific compliance guidelines, and system integrity principles).
• Proven experience in conducting predictive risk modeling, technical assessments, and design reviews to ensure system integrity and resilience.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and Change Management processes within a structured governance model.
• Strong in communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Experience with large-scale platform technologies (e.g., major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP) and advanced continuous delivery methods (e.g., integrating quality controls into automated pipelines).
