Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment and generalist HR functions. Prior experience in both in-house and agency settings is advantageous.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), as the role requires frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies via online platforms, social networks, internal referrals, and partnerships with recruitment agencies/headhunters.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and provide consultative support on market talent availability.
  1. Onboarding & Employee Integration
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires.
  • Conduct and continuously improve orientation programs to align new employees with company culture and policies.
  1. Reporting & Talent Insights
  • Track recruitment KPIs and generate regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  • Provide hiring status updates to management and assist in reviewing and improving recruitment strategies.
  1. HR Generalist Support
  • Support key HR functions including employee relations, performance reviews, training coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve employee engagement and workplace efficiency.
  1. Employer Branding & Culture Building
  • Collaborate with marketing or branding teams to enhance the company’s employer brand on job platforms and social media.
