Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment and generalist HR functions. Prior experience in both in-house and agency settings is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), as the role requires frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices is an added advantage.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies via online platforms, social networks, internal referrals, and partnerships with recruitment agencies/headhunters.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and provide consultative support on market talent availability.
- Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires.
- Conduct and continuously improve orientation programs to align new employees with company culture and policies.
- Reporting & Talent Insights
- Track recruitment KPIs and generate regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Provide hiring status updates to management and assist in reviewing and improving recruitment strategies.
- HR Generalist Support
- Support key HR functions including employee relations, performance reviews, training coordination, and HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve employee engagement and workplace efficiency.
- Employer Branding & Culture Building
- Collaborate with marketing or branding teams to enhance the company’s employer brand on job platforms and social media.
