Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering Discipline.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 related
Min 3 years working experience in Engineering Department or other discipline.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin (Speak, Read & Write) is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Work closely and align with cross-functional teams towards achieving departmental goals
Provide Process Engineering support to production and process improvement
Prioritize and multitask multiple job assignments
Use problem-solving tools to effectively resolve process issues and engage a permanent process flow to sustain
Monitor in-process performance, quality, and reliability of processes, materials, products, tooling, and equipment
Identify problems or unfavorable deviations, recommend and execute corrective actions
Perform KAIZEN improvement and meet department KPI
Define, purchase, set up, trial, and buy off all fixtures, tools, equipment, and presses for new products
Introduce and implement process control parameters and checklists where necessary
