Overview:

1. Manage e’lioe TikTok Account

• e'lioe is a new brand managed by the same group as MEDICOS
• Own day-to-day operations of the e’lioe TikTok account, including follower engagement and account growth.
• Reply to comments, customer reviews, and DMs where needed to maintain a positive brand presence and support high store ratings.
• Coordinate with internal teams on livestreaming schedules, advertising campaigns, and overall content planning.
• Regularly post content to maintain platform momentum and visibility.

1. Daily Content Creation

• Create and publish 3–6 TikTok short-form videos per day, including ideation, shooting, editing, and posting.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends and identify relevant sounds, formats, or ideas to localize for the e’lioe brand.
• Craft scroll-stopping hooks using ad frameworks (e.g., story-driven, curiosity-based, transformation-style).

1. Creative Strategy & Analysis

• Propose weekly content angles aligned with TikTok trends and brand positioning.
• Work closely with the advertising team to analyze video performance (views, CTR, engagement, conversions) and continuously improve.
• Learn how content directly impacts online sales and brand growth through structured feedback and data insights.

• Bonus: You’ve grown your own or another account on TikTok before.
• Fluent in BM and EN (our main Tik Tok languages)
• Independent, fast learner, and resourceful in coming up with content ideas.
• Positive, cheerful attitude, humble and willing to learn.
• Willing to be based in First Subang office, SS15 (on-site role).
