Internship For LAB ANAYLST (FULL TIME)

Position type: Full-time

The Lab Analyst is responsible for supporting laboratory operations, conducting product analysis, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in research and development activities. This role ensures compliance with HALAL, HACCP, GMP, and MeSTI requirements.

1. Responsible for product analysis and update Analysis report
2. To carry out daily internal calibration for all lab instrument

• Responsible to update Internal Verification Record

1. To maintain high level of quality, control and quality assurance of all analysis carried out in the laboratory.
2. To assist in reviewing data analysis and specifications of products regularly.
3. To ensure all the lab equipment, instrument and tools in lab is well maintained.
4. Responsible to operate the lab equipment in proper and safety manner.
5. To assist R&D project.
6. To assist in conduct sensory evaluation, shelf life & stability study toward new product & existing products.
7. To ensure all daily analysis records are updated, maintained and filed in accordingly.
8. To assist in lab & R&D SOP documentation.
9. To prepare reports for superior when necessary.
10. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
11. To perform any other duties stipulated as per HALAL, HACCP, GMP and MeSTI requirements.

Language Required:

English | Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage)

Minimum Education Required:

Diploma

Experience Level:

Fresh graduate

Skills:

Knowledge on handling HALAL, MESTI, GMP & HACCP.
