Possess a Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Medical Administration, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role within a clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in patient reception duties, including greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Skilled in medical records management, ensuring accurate and confidential patient data entry, filing, and retrieval.
  • Adept at maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Experience in inventory management for medical supplies, including tracking stock levels, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
  • Capable of assisting physicians during patient examinations and minor procedures as directed.
  • Competent in basic vital signs monitoring (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate).
  • Familiar with the sterilization procedures for medical equipment and instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with diverse patient populations and colleagues.
  • Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival, manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Schedule patient appointments, manage the clinic's appointment calendar, and make reminder calls to patients to minimize no-shows.
  • Maintain patient medical records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible for physicians.
  • Assist physicians during patient examinations and minor procedures by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing medical equipment, and providing necessary instruments.
  • Monitor and record basic vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure for patients as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic clinic environment, including patient waiting areas, examination rooms, and common spaces, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
  • Manage the inventory of medical supplies and track stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and rotation of items.
