We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data / Document Controller Intern to join our team at SFAI Malaysia. This role provides hands-on experience in document control, data management, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and organise digital and physical documents according to company policies
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and easy retrieval of records
- Maintain and update document control systems and procedures
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Coordinate with different departments for document and data requirements
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
- Gain hands-on experience in document control and data management processes
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- Good organisational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
