Marketing Content Creator

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content creation or related fields.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Strong interest in beauty, health, or lifestyle content.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram (IG), Facebook and XiaoHongShu content formats and current trends.
• Advanced video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, VN, Canva).

Added advantage:

• Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written).

• Plan, shoot, and edit short videos for TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook and XiaoHongShu.
• Confidently present on camera to demonstrate and explain products.
• Follow and adapt social media trends to fit the brand.
• Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting.

• Recruit and onboard influencers, creators, and resellers.
• Provide content, discount codes, and trackable links to affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance and suggest improvements.
• Support campaigns and product launches with affiliate involvement.
• Be the face and voice of a fast-growing beauty/optical brand.
