  • Prior experience in customer support, call centres, or banking industry is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude with strong commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Clear speaking voice with strong phone communication etiquette
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin

Provide round-the-clock customer support, delivering a seamless and reliable service experience

Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism, offering clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions

Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and care

Uphold service excellence standards in every interaction, ensuring a positive customer journey

Follow up on customer requests and cases in line with contact centre procedures

Guide customers on available products and services, promoting awareness and self-service options where appropriate

Accurately capture and update customer information in internal systems

Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard customer data at all times

Gather customer insights and feedback to support continuous service improvement initiatives
