- Monitor and verify transactions to ensure correctness and prevent discrepancies
- Be familiar with and manage transactions through Malaysia banking apps/platforms
- Maintain proper records of all financial transactions
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- Identify irregularities and perform basic financial analysis
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- Experience in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience handling high-volume transactions
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills
- Familiar with Malaysia online banking systems
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic reporting and Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive financial data
