  • Location: Gurney Paragon Mall Penang
  • Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Minimum height 160 cm
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Responsible, honest, and able to work independently
  • Customer Service & Front Desk
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Handle calls, WhatsApp & emails
  • Assist customers with purchases
  • Receive payments & record daily sales
  • Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, reports)
  • Manage appointments & follow-ups
  • Ensure showroom is clean and presentable
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or front desk is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
