Working Details- Location: Gurney Paragon Mall Penang
- Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Minimum height 160 cm
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Responsible, honest, and able to work independently
- Customer Service & Front Desk
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Handle calls, WhatsApp & emails
- Assist customers with purchases
- Receive payments & record daily sales
- Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, reports)
- Manage appointments & follow-ups
- Ensure showroom is clean and presentable
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or front desk is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
