Internship eCommerce Operation Intern / Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operation Intern / Trainee to join our team and support our day-to-day online store operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling daily customer inquiries via online platforms.
• Supporting daily sales, orders, and payment coordination.
• Assisting in managing eCommerce platforms (updating listings, stock status, pricing).
• Uploading product photos and writing/editing product descriptions.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events.
• Tracking and reporting customer engagement and campaign performance.
• Helping maintain proper documentation and data entry tasks.
• Gaining product knowledge—especially in liquor-related products—to improve customer service.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, eCommerce, or related field.
• Interest in eCommerce, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Good communication skills (English/Malay, Chinese is a plus).
• Familiar with online shopping platforms (as a shopper or seller is a bonus!).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Responsible, fast learner, and able to work independently.
• Internship placement must be recognized by your university/college (if applicable).
