Automation Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- More than 5 years of working experience in factory equipment maintenance and management.
- Excellent understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and servo motor control.
- Good understanding of reading and creating mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams (CAD).
- Experienced in installation, commissioning, operation, and management of large automated equipment.
- Skilled in maintenance of production equipment, shift operation management, and spare parts management.
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of equipment control systems.
- Experienced in AutoCAD drafting, PLC programming, servo adjustment, and pneumatic control.
- Responsible for equipment standardization, setup, and staff training (preparing work instructions).
- Ensure scheduled equipment maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize downtime.
- Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for manufacturing equipment.
- Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
