Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven experience as an assistant, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a corporate or executive environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
