Telemarketer

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage

• High school Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate properties and services.
• Qualify leads and identify client needs, interests, and preferences.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions.
• Follow up with leads to build long-term client relationships.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, location, and features.
• Address client inquiries professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
