Public Relations Executive / Sr Executive

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, or brand communication
• Experience working with or managing external PR agencies and local distributors is highly preferred.
• Preferably with experience and exposure to the automotive sectors will be an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid understanding of PR and media landscape with existing media contacts considered an asset
• Ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse markets and audiences.
• Skilled in media relations, press release writing, event coordination, and campaign reporting

• Highly organised, detail-oriented with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Proactive, resourceful, problem solver with a strong sense of initiative and accountability

This position is responsible for supporting and managing public relations and communications activities. The role involves close collaboration with local distributors to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all company brands. Key responsibilities include developing and coordinating PR initiatives, aligning brand communications regionally, and maintaining strong working relationships with distributor partners to amplify brand presence.

In addition to external communications, the role also encompasses internal communications—ensuring clear and engaging dialogue with employees and stakeholders. The position further supports the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that is align to company objective.

• Coordinate, liaise and manage PR strategies and execution with the local agencies or local distributor partners across key regional markets
• Review PR materials and documents to ensure consistent brand messaging, product accuracy and campaign alignment
• Monitor regional media coverage and industry trends to inform communications strategy and reporting.
• Assist in organising media events, product launches, and media drives across the region.
• Create, edit, and localize press releases, media kits, Q&As, and speeches for regional use.
• Support the development of writing communications and PR materials for both internal and external communication
• To support and work on PR strategy and execution , working with local PR agency
• Cultivate strong relationships with media and support media inquiries, interviews, and crisis comms in the local market.
• Plan and execute localised campaigns, activations, and media engagement efforts to support product launches, partnerships, and brand storytelling.
