Jobscope :-

ADMIN
  • Managing company e-Perolehan account (Government Procurement Website)
  • Handling Purchase Order (PO)
  • Process PO, SO, INV and RN using company inventory system (Access UBS)
  • Issue e-Invoicing LHDN from inventory system (Access UBS)
  • Issue DO and Invoice to end user
  • Track and Manage PO, DO and Invoice
ACCOUNT
  • Manage company accounting system (Access UBS)
  • Manage Post to Account from UBS Inventory
  • Key in Sales, Purchase, AP, AR, JV, Payroll, Journal in accounting system (Access UBS)
  • Knockoff Invoice and Payment
  • Filing account documents
  • Reconcile company SOA
  • Prepare Management Account (MA) for yearly financial audit
FINANCE
  • Sort for payment company’s Supplier, Bill and others
  • Track Supplier Payment
  • Handling Annual Tax matters
