ADMIN- Managing company e-Perolehan account (Government Procurement Website)
- Handling Purchase Order (PO)
- Process PO, SO, INV and RN using company inventory system (Access UBS)
- Issue e-Invoicing LHDN from inventory system (Access UBS)
- Issue DO and Invoice to end user
- Track and Manage PO, DO and Invoice
- Manage company accounting system (Access UBS)
- Manage Post to Account from UBS Inventory
- Key in Sales, Purchase, AP, AR, JV, Payroll, Journal in accounting system (Access UBS)
- Knockoff Invoice and Payment
- Filing account documents
- Reconcile company SOA
- Prepare Management Account (MA) for yearly financial audit
- Sort for payment company’s Supplier, Bill and others
- Track Supplier Payment
- Handling Annual Tax matters
