Kajang - Quantity Surveyor Cum Material Controller

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin
• Willing to Learn
• Possess own transport
• Self-discipline
• Working hour: 8.30am to 6.00pm ( Monday to Friday )
• Location : Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong, Selangor
• Responsible for procurement, purchasing and price comparison from sub-con, vendors and suppliers.
• Responsible for preparation of estimates, quotations, bill of quantities and variation orders.
• Assist with the preparation of contract and tender documents for projects.
• Responsible for quantity take-off and ensure accurate quantities claimed by sub-contractors and vendors.
• Assist in the overall administrative matters of various contracts and subcontractor work.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Procurement: Coordinating with suppliers, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Stock Control: Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential stock-outs.
• Supplier Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Material Tracking: Tracking materials from procurement to usage, ensuring they are accounted for.
