Candidate must possess a Degree in Process / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management , or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the palm oil or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
- Relevant working knowledge of GMP,HACCP, ISO Quality Management System and Procedure.
- Must be familiar with Halal and Kosher requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem -solving and decision-making skills.
- effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality and productivity.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization
- monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage and lead a team production supervisor and staff, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery.
- Drive continuous initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Prepare and manage the factory budget, controlling costs and optimizing expenditures
