You enjoy meeting people and turning conversations into meaningful business opportunities. You're confident speaking to merchants, whether it's face-to-face, over a call, or via email. You know how to ask the right questions, listen actively, and guide people toward the right solution.
You're proactive, not afraid to follow up, and comfortable having business-driven conversations. You take ownership of leads, love helping people get started, and know how to balance being helpful with driving results.
You’ll sometimes meet merchants in person, whether it’s for onboarding, events, or merchant meetups — so having your own transport is important.
About the role
As a Merchant Sales Advisor, you’ll be on the front lines of growth, responsible for driving conversion and ensuring merchants experience the full value of our solution from day one.

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in SaaS, ecommerce, or tech.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive communicator (in writing and in person).
- Can switch between Bahasa Malaysia and English naturally (Mandarin is a bonus).
- Comfortable using CRM, chat, and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
- Has own transport and is open to occasional travel or on-ground meetings.
