Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes; experience in Post Encap, Sawing
- Thinning is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze equipment data and identify abnormal trends
- Strong performer, fast learner, independent, and highly motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment issues during production.
- Respond promptly to equipment alarms, assists, and downtime events to minimize production impact.
- Escalate unresolved or recurring issues to Engineers with proper problem description and data.
- Support equipment setup, conversion, and buy off prior to production release.
- Perform routine equipment health checks as defined by SOP or engineering instructions.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe, stable, and production ready condition throughout the shift.
- Execute basic preventive and predictive maintenance tasks assigned during the shift.
- Perform daily / weekly inspections of critical equipment parameters and report abnormalities.
- Update Daily Equipment Status and Alarm Reports accurately through:
- Shift handover updates (Teams / logbooks)
- Email or reporting systems as required
- Attend Daily Operation Meeting
- Provide clear shift handover to the next shift, including open issues and monitoring items.
- Follow Micron SOPs, safety rules, EHS requirements, and cleanroom discipline at all times.
- Perform all work in accordance with approved procedures and authorization.
- Comply with shift schedules, attendance requirements, and assigned duties.
- Provide equipment support coverage for Post Encap, Sawing, Thinning, and SpecTek areas, as assigned.
- Support engineers, senior technicians, and team leads during investigations, qualifications, or recovery actions.
- Maintain good teamwork and communication within the shift team.
- Able to change coverage area as requested by Supervisor
