Sales Support Executive Assistant (Business development management training)
You'll be working directly with our founder.
Not in a "coffee and calendar" way. In a "you're the person who makes sure every deal he touches actually closes" way.
Unseen Matters works with clients like Google, Clarins, Petronas, and Cartier. The founder leads every key relationship. After the meeting ends — the proposal needs to be built, the quote needs to go out, the follow-up needs to happen, the PO needs to be chased.Right now, that all sits with one person. That's where you come in.
You'll own the pipeline. Prepare proposals. Research clients before meetings. Follow up on the founder's behalf. Over time, you'll join those meetings, contribute ideas, and grow toward closing deals independently.
Base is RM3,000–4,000. Commission on deals you support and eventually close on your own.
If you're ambitious, fast, commercially curious, and the kind of person who figures things out without being told — this is where you start building a real sales career.
Your Role:
→Own the founder's pipeline — extract deals from notes and conversations, input into CRM, and keep everything tracked and up to date
→Prepare quotations, proposals, and costing sheets after the founder's client meetings
→Follow up with clients on the founder's behalf — professionally, persistently, and in the right tone
→Research clients and accounts before founder meetings — company background, industry context, past orders, relevant angle
→Chase outstanding quotes, purchase orders, and payments
→Manage the founder's active deal list — flag what's stuck, what needs attention, what's at risk
→Coordinate internally with operations to get accurate timelines, costs, and product information
→Over time: join client meetings, contribute ideas, co-present proposals, and grow toward closing independently- 1–3 years in a sales support, account executive, coordinator, or business development role — agency, events, media, or brand background preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin — written and spoken; your written communication must be sharp and professional
- Fast and organised — you process information quickly and nothing gets lost
- Commercially curious — you understand that your job is ultimately about revenue, not admin
- Strong written communication — proposals and client emails that go out under your name must be polished
- Proactive by nature — you follow up without being asked, flag problems before they escalate, and find answers before asking
- High taste and brand awareness — you notice quality, you care about how things look and feel
- Hungry to grow — you see this as the beginning of a sales career, not a support function
- Degree not required — drive, output quality, and attitude matter more
