Multiple Working locations:
- Singapore Jurong West, Tuas
- Malaysia KL Selangor
- Proven experience in car accessory installation (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Experience with luxury or continental cars is a plus
- Familiar with tools, electrical systems, and installation safety standards.
- Knowledge of modern vehicle electronics and systems.
- Able to read wiring diagrams and follow technical instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work in showroon and also travel to work in project site across Singapore
- Bilingual skills (English + Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia) is an advantage.
- Added advantage if possess a valid motor driver’s license
- Preferable candidate understand and speak in Mandarin and English.
- Prior experience in leading and managing a team.
Installation Duties:
- Install a wide range of car accessories (e.g. dash cams, audio systems, tinting, reverse cameras, GPS, lighting, etc.).
- Perform wiring, fitting, and testing to ensure all equipment functions properly.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to installed accessories.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workspace and during installation.
Team Leader Duties:
- Supervise and guide a team of installers to ensure efficient job completion and quality service.
- Plan and assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timelines are met.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train junior team members and improve their technical skills.
- Coordinate with clients and the management team to handle scheduling and site visits
- Salary Package: SGD 2000 – SGD 5000 (Basic Salary + Overtime + Incentive)
