Product Manager (Marketing)

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably within the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful product launch and marketing strategies
- Proficient in market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Develop and execute product strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets
- Plan and implement marketing activities to drive product performance and customer off-take
- Monitor product performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments teams for product development and improvements
- Manage relationships with distributors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular distributor visits (monthly) and submit timely reports
- Analyze sales data and market trends (monthly & annually)
- Develop action plans to improve performance across national and regional distributor
