The ideal candidate is proactive, open to learning, and excited about leveraging TikTok’s platform to elevate our brand presence and consumer engagement in the baby product market.

• Create, edit, and publish creative TikTok videos aligned with Astra Family’s brand identity and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas and content trends suited for our audience
• Assist in managing the TikTok account by maintaining a consistent posting schedule and engaging with followers
• Monitor performance analytics of TikTok content to optimize reach and engagement
• Support digital campaigns by producing content that promotes product launches, offers, and brand stories
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, features, and best practices to implement innovative strategies

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related discipline preferred
• Basic experience or strong interest in social media content creation, preferably TikTok
• Good storytelling skills and creativity in video production and editing (familiarity with apps like CapCut, InShot, or similar is a plus)
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience behavior, and platform features
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Able to work full-time on-site, collaborating closely with the marketing team
